Pick-Up and Drop- Off
*If you attend the afternoon lecture (2-3) @ Lifetime Fitness (across the street) you can take your kids with you when you leave, but kids can not wait there to be picked up.
Parent/Family Participation
- Parents and family members are invited to all activities (including the morning runs). Our goal is to inspire families to work together to make positive changes
- Parents are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend the afternoon professional lectures @ Lifetime Fitness (2-3)

- Parents are encouraged to bring other family members to participate (especially younger siblings* that maybe couldn’t handle to be there all day)
*Camp Phoenix staff is not responsible for the care and safety of additional campers that have not been officially signed up, therefore parents that bring them must attend as well and assume responsibility.
How far will the kids be running?
- The campers will be broken up into running groups based on their age and experience level
- No one will be overwhelmed
- Our goal is to introduce them to running in a fun positive way, not force them to exhaust themselves on the first day
- Monday- Campers will run as far and as fast as they feel comfortable and then the rest of the weeks runs will be based off that.
What to bring every day
- Running outfit (come wearing this)
- Swim suit
- Towel/goggles
- Change of clothes (for after pool time)
Food
- Healthy lunch and snacks will be provided for registered campers ONLY.
- If parents or other siblings wish to participate for a long periods of time they must bring their own lunch/snacks.
